Program Description

You opt in by:

Submitting your phone number through our website or property inquiry forms
Contacting us directly via phone or text
Providing your phone number through third-party real estate platforms

By opting in, you consent to receive one-to-one SMS messages related to your inquiry.

SMS/MMS Text Messaging Terms

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to 501-381-7493 or 501-381-0532. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or reach out directly to cody@propertybuyersar.com or call 501-381-7493 or 501-381-0532.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team regarding your property inquiry.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
