Competing with brand new houses down the road? Skip the price cuts and showings. Get a written cash offer for your Bryant house.
Bryant has grown fast. The city went from about 5,300 people in 1990 to more than 20,600 in 2020, and Metroplan has called it the fastest growing city in central Arkansas. Saline County approved 509 new housing units in 2024, up from 291 the year before. That is good news for the town. It is harder news if you are trying to sell a 1990s house while builders down the road offer brand new homes with incentives.
We buy Bryant houses as they are. You don’t have to repaint, replace carpet or match a new build to get an offer. We make one written offer, and you choose the closing date.
Bryant is about half an hour from downtown Little Rock on I-30, so setting up a walkthrough is easy. Here are the three steps.
Fill out the form or call 501-381-7493 and tell us what is going on with the house.
We walk through the house at a time that works for you so our offer reflects its real condition.
If the number works for you, you choose the closing day.
Next door in Saline County we buy in Benton. We also buy in Hot Springs and North Little Rock. See every area we buy in.

Moving up to a new build. Many Bryant sellers are buying their next house before the old one sells. A cash sale with a date you set means you aren’t carrying two mortgages while you wait on showings.
Selling a rental. About 3 in 10 Bryant homes are rented. If you are done being a landlord, we can buy with the tenant in place. Read about selling a rental property for cash.
Sell it the way it sits today.
Leave behind anything you don't want.
No agent commission and no closing costs for you.
Close in as little as 7 days or wait up to 6 months.

If selling to us is not your best move, we will tell you.
Inherited, tenants, liens, divorce or a house that needs everything.
Sell an Arkansas house without moving back to do it.
Bryant has some of the newest housing in the Little Rock area. The median house was built in 2000, and only about 3 in 100 were built before 1960. Most homes are in subdivisions off I-30 and Alcoa Road, plus lake lots in Hurricane Lake Estates, which has both Bryant and Benton mailing addresses. A house that is 25 years old usually needs a roof, HVAC or flooring sooner or later. We price that in so you don’t have to pay for it.
Water damage from the April 2025 storms is still showing up. Saline County got 10 to 15 inches of rain from April 2 to 6, 2025. If your house has water damage or a repair you haven’t finished, you can sell it without fixing it. See selling a house with water damage.

Yes. You can set a closing date that lines up with your move, as far out as 6 months.
Some homes there have Bryant addresses and some have Benton addresses. It doesn’t matter to us. We buy on both sides.
No. No repairs, no cleaning and no staging. We look at the house as it is and make our offer from there.
