Got PCS orders, a rental you no longer want, or a house that still has storm damage? Get a written cash offer for your Jacksonville house.
Jacksonville is a military town. Little Rock Air Force Base opened here in 1955, sits inside city limits, and listed close to 6,700 military personnel in its 2024 economic impact report. Orders don’t wait for a house to sell. About half of Jacksonville homes are rented, so there are a lot of landlords here too.
We buy Jacksonville houses for cash and close on the date you set, whether that is before your report date or after you have moved. We have closed for sellers who had already left Arkansas.
If you have already moved, most of this can happen by phone. Here are the steps.
Fill out the form or call 501-381-7493 and tell us what is going on with the house.
We walk through the house at a time that works for you so our offer reflects its real condition.
If the number works for you, you choose the closing day.
We also buy in Cabot, Sherwood and North Little Rock. See every area we buy in.

PCS orders. Many military owners choose between renting the house out and selling it. The base housing office advises getting counseling before signing a lease or sales contract. If you decide to sell, a cash sale with a set closing date takes the guesswork out of timing. Read about selling fast when you need to relocate.
Tired landlords. If you rented your house out when you left and the tenants or the repairs have become too much, we buy rentals with tenants in place. See selling a rental with problem tenants.
Sell it the way it sits today.
Leave behind anything you don't want.
No agent commission and no closing costs for you.
Close in as little as 7 days or wait up to 6 months.
The number we put in writing is the number you get.
If selling to us is not your best move, we will tell you.
Inherited, tenants, liens, divorce or a house that needs everything.
Sell an Arkansas house without moving back to do it.
Jacksonville’s housing tells its history. In 1942 the government built the Sunnyside housing project of about 375 prefabricated homes for ordnance plant workers. After the base opened, the town grew from about 2,500 people in 1950 to nearly 20,000 by 1970. Today the median house was built in 1979, and about half were built before 1980, in subdivisions like Northlake and Foxwood. We buy them in any condition.
Storm damage is the other big one. The March 31, 2023 tornado cut about a three mile path through Jacksonville, with damage along North Elm Street, Eastview Drive and Stone and McHenry streets. We buy houses with unfinished storm repairs.

In as little as 7 days. If you need to stay until your move date, we can set closing later, up to 6 months out.
Yes. We have bought from sellers who live out of state. Call us and we will walk you through how the paperwork works from where you are.
Jacksonville has an overlay zone that limits some land uses near the base. The city’s planning office can tell you if your lot is inside it.
Yes. Tell us about the lease and we will plan the timing around it.
